Privacy Policy
Last updated September 1, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DigiArt LLC (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the DigiArt platform. We only collect what we need to operate the Service, comply with law, and keep accounts secure.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), role, and account status.
- Transaction data: purchases, wallet balances, transfers, redemptions, and the ledger entries that record them.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive limited metadata (e.g., last four digits, brand) but never store full card numbers.
- Redemption details: payout information you provide (e.g., wallet address) to settle a redemption.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and security/audit logs.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments and redemptions, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional notifications (purchase confirmations, redemption status, security alerts), comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the platform — our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, and cloud hosting — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
5. Retention & security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes. We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and host-isolated sessions. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can update your profile in account settings or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security (for example, your session and CSRF token). These are required for the Service to function.
